As a standard, we recommend our contract estimator to attend a pre-contract meeting to iron out any queries or concerns from our pricing at tender stage and provide a clear indication of what needs to be addressed before a project can progress further. Once a sub-contract agreement is in place and any issues from tender stage are resolved, our dedicated project manager will programme the necessary internal resource to meet the required timescales of a project.
Throughout the duration of the works, our project manager is on hand to assist with any potential queries or concerns and to feed back any potential issues from site.
