Signway Supplies (Datchet) Ltd was formed in 1974 to supply signage into the highway sector within the UK. The company has organically grown to be a leading manufacturer, supplier and installation contractor within the industry; servicing both the local authority and civil engineering sectors. In 2014 Signway launched a Street Lighting offering to the market and we’re now actively working on secured projects within this field. Having invested heavily in staff, equipment and training we’re in a fantastic position to ensure continued growth within the Highway Signing and Lighting Sector.
The company prides itself on its ability to deliver services in house; operating out
of two factories in Basingstoke, Hampshire. From this central location signs are
manufactured and distributed throughout the UK. Our fleet of vehicles and directly
employed installation operatives are also deployed from this location in order to service installation requirements nationwide.
Signway’s principal aim is to not only meet client requirements but to exceed
expectations; with this in mind the company has invested heavily in having the correct staff, equipment and procedures in place to ensure works are delivered and installed reliably and on time. The company also maintains a highly accredited work force boasting Street Works, CSCS, CPCS and IPAF accredited operatives. In addition, Signway as a company holds ISO 9001, Sector Scheme 8 & 9A, HERS, CHAS, Achilles, FORS and Constructionline accreditation. Importantly, the company has also been awarded an EC Certificate of Conformity to EN12899-1:2007 and therefore meets legal requirements to CE Mark permanent traffic signs that came into effect from July 1st 2013. The quality and scope of accreditations that Signway hold demonstrate a commitment to quality and service which accurately reflects the business’ working ethos. Ultimately, the level of service and quality of products that Signway offer has ensured our continued success and with the company surpassing its fortieth year in operation there are no plans to change this philosophy.
